Davis famously setup escorts for former NY Governor Elliot Spitzer -- and says she's really looking forward to having Tareq as her escort.
Madam D tells TMZ, she's well aware Tareq's wife/groupie slut recently ran off with Journey's guitarist ... but adds, "I can assure you there's
no better place to meet beautiful women than my birthday party!"
