The guys from War are FUMING after being snubbed by the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame this week -- telling TMZ the fact the Beastie Boys got in before them is some serious salt in the wound.

TMZ spoke with Howard Scott -- vocalist and a founding member of War -- who tells us he’s “shocked” the rappers were inducted before his band, saying, “We were cranking out gold records when they were still in diapers.”

Scott adds, "How could the Beastie Boys get in before us when they sampled War's music on their first album?! I'll eat their platinum records!"

The singer had been pretty hopeful his group would finally be inducted into the HOF this year ... and  says the disappointing news "felt like I was kicked in the back of my britches."

For the record -- War was founded back in 1969 ... and DOMINATED music with hits like Cisco Kid, Why Can't We Be Friends, Slippin' Into Darkness ... and of course, LOW RIDER!!!

Charlie Sheen says there's no way Brooke Mueller could have been trying to sell coke in Aspen this weekend ... because he gives her all the cash she needs in child support!!!

Sheen says he spoke with Brooke Tuesday night ... and says she's doing great -- just days after she was arrested in Colorado for possession of cocaine with intent to distribute.

When asked about the charge ... Sheen said, "With the child support I give her ... she's gonna deal drugs? Never gonna happen."

TMZ broke the story ... Sheen forks over $55,000 per month in support.

As for the kids, Sheen says he and Brooke have worked out a plan to share the work load -- saying, "We're interested in co-parenting ... the kids need two parents."

Sheen also took a shot at Aspen cops -- saying, "The cops in Aspen are Keystone on their finest day ... these are the clowns that let Bundy go."

Shocking statement ... considering law enforcement officials in Aspen cut Charlie a huge break by not throwing the book at him when he was arrested for allegedly holding a knife to Brooke's throat back in 2009.

Atlanta Falcons superstar Roddy White is being targeted by a female banker ... who claims the wide receiver made a special deposit in her womb last year ... and now she wants him to pay for it.

According to court documents filed in Georgia, a woman named Stacey Hott claims Roddy is the biological father of her 4-month old baby boy ... and she believes Roddy should provide child support ... lots and lots of child support.

In fact, Hott claims. " is a professional athlete capable of providing generous support for the minor child commensurate with his earnings."

The "earnings" that Hott is referring to is a $50 million contract White signed in 2009.

She's also demanding Roddy take out a life insurance policy for himself ASAP ... for the "benefit of the minor child."

Roddy's agent had no comment on the situation.

Jerry Sandusky's wife helped the former Penn State coach post his $250,000 bail this morning -- one day after Jerry was arrested for allegedly raping two additional young boys ... this according to court records.

The records show Sandusky's wife forked over a $50k personal check ... in addition to Jerry using $200,000 in real estate holdings to post the bail.

The court ruled that Sandusky will be confined to his home ... and he is not allowed to have any contact with any witnesses or victims related to the child sex abuse case.

L.A. Dodger James Loney Crashes Maserati -- Allegedly Spits at Cops

Los Angeles Dodgers star James Loney was arrested while being hospitalized in L.A. last month ... after allegedly smashing his Maserati into THREE other cars ... and then spitting at a cop ... this according to a police report obtained by TMZ.

Loney -- who plays 1st base for the Dodgers -- was arrested on November 14th ... because cops say he appeared to be under the influence of drugs after he swerved into a Toyota around 6pm ... and then careened into a Mercedes and a Mini.

According to the report, when cops first arrived to the scene ... Loney told one of the officers, "The bitch hit me from behind."

Cops say Loney appeared to be "restless, unsteady, aggressive and irritable" ... and he "exhibited eyelid tremors and his shirt was soiled and moist from perspiration, from his armpits down to his waistline."

Cops say when officers asked Loney what day it was ... he replied, "7/15 and Saturday" -- when in fact, it was 11/14 and Monday.


Loney was handcuffed and transported to a nearby hospital -- where an officer attempted to give him a breathalyzer test.

But according to the report, Loney was "uncooperative" -- biting off the mouthpiece and spitting it back at the cop.

Cops
say Loney began to get aggressive with police ... so they placed him in
arm and leg restraints ... and a member of hospital staff gave him "an
injection" to calm him down.

Loney was released to the care of the hospital and was never brought to the police station for formal booking.

Still, cops say they obtained a blood sample to test for drugs and alcohol ... but it came back NEGATIVE. Now the case is in the hands of the L.A.
City Attorney's Office.

Calls to Loney's rep have not been returned.

For the first time since the allegations went public, Dottie Sandusky has released a statement through her husband's lawyer ... claiming she never witnessed Jerry sexually abusing anyone ... and doesn't believe any of the allegations.

In her statement Dottie says she's been "shocked and dismayed by the allegations made against Jerry."

She adds, "As the mother of six children, I have been devastated by these accusations. "

"Our children, our extended family and friends know how much Jerry and I
love kids and have always tried to help and care for them. We would
never do anything to hurt them. I am so sad anyone would make such a
terrible accusation which is absolutely untrue. We don't know why these
young men have made these false accusations, but we want everyone to
know they are untrue."

As we previously reported, Dottie helped bail her husband out of jail this morning after he was arrested on suspicion of sexually abusing two more young boys.

Vince -- along with the Bella Twins and tag team champ Kofi Kingston -- were escorted to a secret location to hang out with a bunch of brave men and women in uniform.

We're told the wrestlers hung out for a few days -- and everyone had a great time.

Vince wasn't scared about the outing -- since he's been visiting U.S. troops on various overseas military bases for the past 9 years.

Fun fact -- the photos are purposely framed so as not to reveal anything that might tip off where the American bases are located.

Kris Humphries helped federal prosecutors get a grand jury indictment against a wedding guest who ripped him off to the tune of $617,000.

Andrey C. Hicks allegedly bilked more than $2.5 million from a total of 10 investors by telling them he was pumping their cash into a billion dollar hedge fund ... that didn't exist.

According to the indictment, Hicks instead blew wads of cash on a 2011 black Range Rover, 12 luxury watches, one diamond engagement ring, two pairs of earrings, another gold ring with diamonds, one pair of silver cuff links ... and one silver men's ring.

The docs show Humphries anted up his $617 grand to the alleged
scammer on April 5. Four months later Hicks was sitting
right behind Kris and Kim Kardashian at the rehearsal dinner for their massive wedding.

Alec Baldwin invoking 9/11 during a rant against the air industry was totally "inappropriate" ... and the widow of an American Airlines co-pilot killed in the tragedy thinks Baldwin should simply admit he was wrong.

TMZ spoke with Cheryl McGuinness Hutchins -- whose husband Tom was in the cockpit of the first plane to hit the World Trade Center.

Cheryl was reacting to Baldwin's blog -- in which he wrote, "I believe carriers and airports have used as an excuse to make the air travel experience as inelegant as possible."

CMH tells us, "I absolutely think was an inappropriate comment to make" ... adding, "I believe airlines used what happened on 9/11 to increase security and
protect passengers as much as possible -- not to make traveling inelegant."

She continues, "If did something inappropriate ... he shouldn’t have to point the finger
at a world tragedy. He should just take responsibility for his actions
and admit he should have gotten off the phone.”

A source close to Baldwin tells us, "Alec had absolutely no intention of offending families, victims or anyone else associated with the horrible tragedy of 9/11. He only referenced that date in relation to discussion of the resulting impact on the airline industry."

James Cameron Sued by Sci Fi Geek -- You Stole 'Avatar' from Me!!!

James Cameron is an idea stealing thief ... who ripped the story for "Avatar" from a science fiction nerd who once worked with Cameron's production company ... this according to a new lawsuit.

Cameron is being sued by a guy named Eric Ryder -- who claims back in 1997, he came up with a movie called "KRZ 2068" -- an "environmentally themed 3-D epic about a corporation's colonization and plundering of a distant moon's lush and wondrous natural setting."

Ryder claims the movie also involved "self-contained robotic exterior suits which house a single human operator" .... just like in "Avatar."

According to the suit, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Ryder claims his reps pitched the movie idea to Cameron's production company back in 1999 ... and it was so well received, they had multiple serious meetings with high ranking execs about the development of the project.

But Ryder claims in 2002, the company officially shut down the project -- telling him, "No one would go see an environmentally themed feature length science fiction movie."

So when "Avatar" hit theaters in 2009 ... and made bazillions ... Ryder was furious.

In his suit, Ryder alleges he complained to Cameron's people in 2009 -- but when they finally got back to him earlier this year, they told him to kick rocks, claiming J.C. had written the story before 1999.

Ryder says Cameron's people are lying -- claiming there are way too many similarities between the two projects -- including Ryder's idea for one of the characters to be played by Sigourney Weaver.

Ryder is suing for unspecified damages -- probably a bloody fortune.

Attempts to reach Cameron's people were unsuccessful.

Aishwarya enjoying being a mother

Contrary to recent reports Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is simply enjoying every moment she can with her new baby girl and is not on a serious get back in shape program. Stories have been circulating that Abhishek hired a trainer for the Mrs. but we can tell you this is absolutely untrue. Nor has the actress herself hired anyone to work with her. A source told us exclusively, “She is one actress who is not obsessed about that aspect….she is enjoying motherhood and is taking each day as it comes.”


Not only is Aishwarya enjoying the time with the little one, Papa Abhi had a hard time leaving his Beti B on the first day back to work, he tweeted, “1st day back at work after Beti B. And so difficult to concentrate. Thoughts are monopolized by a certain little lady.”


Talking about holding Beti B he told TOI, “I really can’t describe the experience… the emotions that overwhelm me every time I hold my baby. The joy and happiness it gives you or the emotions you go through when you hold your child in your arms for the first time are indescribable! I really thought that there was going be this moment when a ray of light from heaven would come pouring in, background music would start playing with angels singing but none of that happens! (laughs)” Cue the awwwwws!


We just have to share this tweet too, “I love Beti B in Aishwarya’s arms the most.” Cue the sighs!


Of course we are all waiting to find out what the name of Beti B will be. Apparently they are still deciding, only thing they have revealed is that it will start with an A and that she will support Chelsea. In fact, Abhishek already has her game day outfit! Cue the chooo chweets!
