Ex-Disney Singer's DUI Punishment -- Chillin' with Dead Bodies

Shelby Cobra -- who used to sing for that Disney girl band KSM -- just got sentenced in her DUI case ... and the judge took no mercy ... ordering her to look death right in the face at a hospital morgue.

TMZ broke the story ... 18-year-old Cobra -- real name Shelby Spalione -- was arrested last month on suspicion of DUI ... registering a blood alcohol level of .15, nearly twice the legal limit.

Shelby was sentenced on Thursday to enroll in the L.A. County Hospital and Morgue program -- which requires participants to visit a real-life morgue with real-life dead people ... and potentially even witness an autopsy.

According to court records, Shelby is also required to complete a 3-month alcohol education program and attend 16 AA meetings. She's also required to pay $1,738 in fees.

Remember kids, don't drink and drive.

Tupac Estate -- A Million Bucks for Sex Tape Song Sounds GREAT!

Good news on the Tupac Shakur sex tape front ... Pac's estate has finally begun talks with a potential buyer ... but it ain't for the XXX part ... it's all about the music.

As TMZ first reported, an anti-hangover drink company called NOHO has offered to pay $1,000,000 for the rights to the unreleased song 2Pac was rapping along with ... while he was being "tended to" by a very friendly female in the 1991 footage.

Sources connected to the negotiations tell us ... the offer was big enough to catch the estate’s attention, because a rep for Pac's people reached out to NOHO and the two sides are trying to work out a deal.


There’s only one problem ... the estate doesn’t have possession of the sex tape and aren’t even sure which song is playing on it. 

Oh yeah ... NOHO hasn't heard the song either -- but the CEO is banking on the fact that it's a Tupac song ... which means is has to be awesome.

We're told if the estate can’t get a hold of the tape, they have other unreleased Tupac songs they're willing to part with ... if the price is right.

Tone Loc -- Collapsed on Stage in Atlanta

Tone Loc collapsed on stage during a performance in Atlanta last night ... TMZ has learned.

Loc's manager tells TMZ he was suffering from exhaustion. Loc was transported to a nearby hospital and given an IV ... but the manager says he is fine now.

TMZ received emails from several people claiming to be present at the concert who said Loc suffered from a seizure, but we cannot confirm this.

The manager added ... Tone was merely exhausted from doing 12 shows in the last two months. It does seem curious that doing a show on average of once every five days would lead to such extreme exhaustion.

Loc's episode comes just a day after rapper Rick Ross was hospitalized TWICE in one day for seizures.

Former Child Actor Arrested Trying to Break Into a Verizon Store

K'Sun Ray -- who has appeared on such shows as "Monk," "CSI" and "ER" -- was arrested in Wilmington, NC yesterday after he allegedly tried to break into a Verizon store ... cops in North Carolina tell TMZ.

Ray (who was born Kesun Loder) allegedly cut the alarm and tried to get into the store via a side store. Police say Ray was then confronted by employees and fled on foot, but a manager followed him.

When cops eventually apprehended Ray, they found a knife concealed in his boot and a
book bag he was carrying contained a pry bar and a mason's hammer.

He was charged with attempted breaking and entering/larceny, possession of burglary tools, and carrying a concealed weapon. He was freed on $25,000 bond and is due in court on Monday.

Bradley Cooper and Jennifer Lopez -- 'Casually Dating'

Bradley Cooper and Jennifer Lopez are not a couple just yet ... but a source close to the pair tells TMZ they are indeed "casually dating."

As TMZ first reported, the two went on a dinner date in New York City last month. They had not been spotted out again until yesterday -- when a photo surfaced of Bradley Cooper driving an SUV and a woman who certainly looked like JLo ... covering her face in the passenger seat.

According to our sources, the woman in the photo is definitely JLo. We're told the two enjoy each other's company but are keeping things simple for now.

So while they aren't boyfriend/girlfriend yet, our sources say "they are definitely dating."

Dan Wheldon's Sponsor -- It's a 'Sad, Sad Day'

A rep for GoDaddy.com, one of Dan Wheldon's sponsors, sent TMZ this statement on behalf of their CEO and founder, Bob Parsons:

thoughts and prayers go out to Dan Wheldon's family and friends on this
sad, sad day. All of us in the IndyCar family feel an unexplainable
sense of loss. Not just for the sport, but for all who knew Dan Wheldon.
Dan was a family man, a father, a husband, a son and a brother. The
two-time Indianapolis 500 winner was also a competitor and a colleague
... our deepest condolences go out to all who knew Dan."

Wheldon died today during a race in Las Vegas. He was 33.

Lindsay Lohan Could Get More than a Year Behind Bars

Lindsay Lohan could be sentenced to nearly a year-and-a-half in jail if Judge Stephanie Sautner decides she violated her probation ... TMZ has learned.

We're told the computations are complicated, because Lindsay has had so many cases.  But based on the 120 day suspended sentence for shoplifting, time served under house arrest, and her prior DUIs, Lindsay could be thrown in jail for a long, long time.

We've learned Lindsay MUST be in court Wednesday to face the judge ... and the judge has lots of questions, including why Lindsay was a no-show 9 times at the Downtown Women's Center, where she was performing her community service.  And the judge will almost certainly want to know why Lindsay didn't comply with the order to spend a minimum of 4 hours at a time when she showed up at the Women's Center.

TMZ broke the story, Lindsay was booted from the Women's Center because of all the problems and reassigned to the American Red Cross.

And one more thing.  The judge will almost certainly ask Lindsay why she didn't meet with her shrink every Monday for 1 hour, as required by court order.  Lindsay claims she did a bunch of therapy sessions by phone.

We will be livestreaming Wednesday's hearing, which starts at 10:00 AM PT, so stay tuned.

Dan Wheldon Dead at 33 -- IndyCar Driver Dies After Crash

IndyCar Driver Dan Wheldon died in Las Vegas today after his car crashed during a massive 15-car accident during the Las Vegas Indy 300.

Wheldon's car went airborne after hitting another car during Lap 12, then apparently caught part of the catch fence just outside of Turn 2.


IndyCar CEO Randy Bernard announced Wheldon's passing, saying, "IndyCar is very sad to announce that Dan Wheldon has passed away from unsurvivable injuries. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family today."

Wheldon won the Indianapolis 500 in 2005 and 2011.

He was 33.
