Lindsay Lohan completely wigged after some jackass stole her purse in Hawaii this weekend -- telling friends, she was terrified the ordeal would land her in jail ... and TMZ has obtained audio of her expletive-filled freak out.
Take a listen ... moments after Lindsay discovered her bag was missing ... she says, "I
will f**king kill someone if I even have to get questioned
jail for a year."
Lindsay was petrified she'd be stranded in Hawaii without her ID -- forcing her to miss her court date in L.A. Wednesday morning ... a misstep that could have potentially gotten her probation revoked, and landed her butt behind bars.
Lindsay can relax -- TMZ broke the story -- her passport and court documents permitting travel were eventually returned along with Lindsay's $5,000 Chanel purse. However, she's still short $10,000 cash.
On tape Lindsay adds, "My dad will kill me" -- interesting considering her on-again-off-again relationship with Michael Lohan ... and his own in-and-out-of-jail (currently, out) status.

Pastor Wayne Hanson -- who runs Summit Church in Castle Rock, CO where Tim's dad often speaks -- tells TMZ God is actively intervening in Denver Broncos football games ... and aiding Tim on the field because of his strong faith.
Hanson tells us, "It's not luck. Luck isn't winning 6 games in a row. It's favor. God's favor."
Pastor Hanson adds, "God has blessed his hard work."
We asked Hanson if Tebow would be winning games if he wasn't such a strong believer -- and the pastor replied, "No, of course not."
So far, it's the only plausible explanation for this insane Broncos winning streak.

Christina Perri Fights Off Car Intruder

"Jar of Hearts" singer Christina Perri had to fight off a wannabe car intruder in the middle of the night last week ... after the guy allegedly tried to force his way into Perri's ride ... TMZ has learned.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Perri called police early Friday morning claiming she was behind the wheel of her car, waiting to pull into a L.A. building around 2 AM ... when an unknown male approached her vehicle and opened the driver's side door.
Perri claims the man instructed her to "move over" and tried to shove himself into the car -- but she wouldn't budge ... and a struggle ensued.
Perri told cops she fought the man off ... and began honking the horn to attract attention.
The suspect eventually ran away ... but not before allegedly striking Perri in the head and body a few times during the altercation. Perri said she did not need immediate medical attention
Cops responded -- and are now investigating the situation. So far, cops have not identified a suspect.
A rep for Perri had no comment.

Brooke Mueller -- Choosing Outpatient Drug Rehab to Stay with Kids

Brooke Mueller is trying something different for her umpteenth attempt at drug rehab ... a rigorous outpatient treatment that will require random drug testing, and -- for better or worse -- will allow her to continue spending time with her children.
Brooke's rep Steve Honig says she will be going to a facility for treatment during the day, and when she leaves the facility she will remain "under expert supervision 24-hours-a-day, seven-days-a-week."
In addition, Honig says ... "Brooke has requested to be tested on a daily basis for cocaine and other illegal substances so there is no doubt as to her commitment."
Brooke -- who was arrested for cocaine possession in Aspen on December 3 -- has been in and out of inpatient programs for years. Her rep says she wanted a different approach this time ... and she wanted to maintain a normal routine for Bob and Max ... her children with Charlie Sheen.
As TMZ first reported, Charlie will not take custody of the boys -- and we're told he's on board with Brooke's choice to try the outpatient program.

The contents of the bedroom where Michael Jackson died are now on display at an auction house in Beverly Hills -- and though the actual death bed was pulled from the event, fans have erected a makeshift memorial in the spot where it was supposed to be displayed.
As TMZ previously reported, the bed from the Holmby Hills mansion was yanked from the auction block after the MJ Estate stepped in and asked Julien's Auctions to remove it from the event.
Julien's obliged -- but just about every other item from the house, including tables, chairs and a mirror featuring a message scribbled by MJ himself -- can be yours, if the price is right.

Griffin family sources tell TMZ, RG3 and several close family members made a beeline from the Best Buy Theater to the 9/11 memorial on Saturday. According to sources, the Griffins are a military family -- and Robert felt it was important to visit Ground Zero for some somber reflection.

TMZ spoke with Magus Peter H. Gilmore -- a high priest in the Church -- who tells us it doesn't make sense to say God is helping Tim win games ... because that would mean God's actively making other teams lose ... and why would God do that?
But what does make sense is Tebow's mental state -- Gilmore tells us, "Those who have a winning attitude tend to do better, and whatever fuels
such team spirit, be it religious fervor or simply an overwhelming
desire to succeed, is the real source for success."
Gilmore adds, "Satanists are atheists, and we would consider any triumph to rely on a combination of skill and luck – most certainly not in any form of supernatural intervention from either Heaven or Hell."

Steve Guttenberg found himself in an LAPD squad car earlier today ... and was hauled down Hollywood Blvd ... but TMZ has learned the "Police Academy" star set the whole thing up. Guttenberg was honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame this morning ... and law enforcement sources tell us he was REALLLY into the idea of arriving in a cop car.
We're told Steve called in a favor from the boys in blue ... who helped make Steve's wish come true.
So, congratulations hookers and homeless people in Hollywood ... you now have a new celebrity to crap on.

Flo Rida -- No Jail in Bugatti DUI Case

Flo Rida just scored big in his DUI case -- TMZ has learned, the rapper struck a sweet deal with prosecutors that will land him in a classroom ... rather than a jail cell.As TMZ first reported ... Flo -- real name Tramar Dillard -- was busted in Miami Beach back in June on suspicion of DUI inside his million-dollar Bugatti. At the time, cops said Flo's blood alcohol level was .185 ... more than twice the legal limit.
But an attorney for Mr. Rida was in court today -- and got the judge to send Flo to a first-time offenders program instead of the slammer ... a thing called "Back on Track," which entails a bunch of stuff like substance abuse classes, counseling, community service, and drug testing.
Under the deal ... if Flo completes all the program requirements, prosecutors will knock the DUI charge down to a lesser charge -- reckless driving. Not bad.
Todd Marinovich -- My Art Business is BOOMING!!

Former Oakland Raiders quarterback Todd Marinovich has finally found success off the field ... as an artist ... and dude tells TMZ he's been blowin' up ever since his work was featured on an ESPN documentary this weekend. Todd -- who battled serious drug addiction during and after he fizzled out of the NFL back in 1993 -- has been painting and sculpting non-stop ... telling us, "I've been sober for over three years ... the art is my main therapy."
Some of Todd's work was featured in the new ESPN documentary, "The Marinovich Project" ... and T.M. says the exposure is having an insane impact on his business, "Orders are pouring in for the prints."
Todd tells us the main piece of art featured in the doc is called, "The Alchemist" ... which is based on himself. "It's the most sought after print," Todd explains ... "I'm only making 100 of them and I'm almost sold out."
As for Todd's famously over-bearing father Marv -- Todd tells us, "He hasn't bought any of my art pieces yet ... but I've given him a few."

Snoop Dogg blazed a massive blunt-type object on stage at a concert in Atlanta this weekend ... then passed it along to an eager audience member -- and TMZ has the photo evidence.It all went down at a venue called the Tabernacle Saturday night ... Snoop smoked what appears to be a giant pot-filled cigar during his performance -- wild guess -- but then he spreads the love ... handing it to someone in the crowd.
