Disney star Mitchell Musso is leaving the show "Pair of Kings" to move on to adult Disney projects -- and we've learned his recent DUI accelerated the decision.



TMZ broke the story … the 20-year-old was arrested in October for allegedly driving drunk. Just yesterday, he plead not guilty.


Sources connected with the production of "Pair of Kings" tell TMZ ... Musso and Disney have been in talks for months about moving the actor out of the kids show and into young adult projects. We're told Disney wanted him to complete one more season of the "Kings" before he moved on -- and although Musso was reluctant, he agreed.



Sources tells us ... after the DUI arrest, both Disney and Musso agreed it would be better to make the move immediately, rather than waiting another season.

We're told Musso will have an active role at Disney and it's a reflection of the new Disney reality that young actors and actresses get in trouble just like everybody else.

She was sentenced to 20 years in prison for hiring a hitman to murder her husband -- but now, failed husband-killer Dalia Dippolito is cooking up a new scheme ... a book full of delicious recipes!

You’ll remember ... Dalia was convicted in June of soliciting to commit first-degree murder -- after her 2009 arrest, when caught paying an undercover cop to kill her hubby of 6 months.

29-year-old Dalia is now serving house arrest while waiting out an appeal to the 20-year sentence -- and in the meantime, she's keeping herself busy ... putting together a cookbook of her favorite recipes.

Dalia tells TMZ, she "poured heart and soul into" the book -- which she describes as "a combination of cooking, health and nutrition, self-help, decorating and humor with a modern twist."

Right now, she's looking for a literary agent to help lock down a deal -- adding, "I want to teach people that you can bring the sexy back in the kitchen regardless of whatever you have going on in your life."

But who knows if it'll ever get done -- clearly, Dalia has problems finishing the job.

Allen Iverson's divorce has taken a nasty turn -- according to his estranged wife, the former NBA star went on a massive spending spree after she filed for divorce, leaving her completely penniless.

Tawanna just filed new docs in their bitter divorce battle -- claiming ever since she filed for divorce in June, Allen stopped depositing money in their joint bank account ... and then made several large cash withdrawals, including one for $20,000 ... which he spent on diamond jewelry.

Tawanna claims the account was $23,000 in the red at the time she filed the court docs -- and she's been unable to pay the bills ... or provide for their 5 kids.

According to Tawanna -- who says she gave up her career to be a stay-at-home mom -- Allen is worth over $20 million ... and refuses to help her out simply out of spite.

Allen denies Tawanna's allegations in the docs -- and since they're at a stalemate ... the judge will have to play peacemaker.  So far, no hearing date has been set.

Nelly Calls In Sick for Meet and Greet with Troops

Rapper Nelly cancelled a scheduled meet and greet with the troops at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson in Alaska yesterday after he claimed to be sick.

Nelly performed at Dena'ina Civic and Convention Center in Anchorage on Friday night. But he complained on twitter the next day he had 102 fever and was throwing up ... and eventually said he had to bail on meeting the troops on Saturday.



Nelly's Facebook page was flooded by fans who were disappointed he didn't show up. One even posted a pic (see below) of troops sitting and waiting for him to show ... with the caption, "A few of the hundred, or so, military and their spouses (some who have
their significant other deployed) on Joint Base Elmendorf Richardson in
Alaska, that you stood up. Not cool!!!"


We reached out to Nelly's rep ... no word back.

The show "Toddlers & Tiaras" is often criticized for sexualizing young children -- but what you see on TV is nothing compared to what happens when their moms get together for a party.

TMZ has obtained a video of two of the mothers featured on the season premiere of the show ... dirty dancing with a guy during a viewing party attended by several of the moms.

In the video, Lauren (who hosted the party) can be seen straddling a guy named Blake Woodruff, a talent manager who is also featured on the show. Then Blake hops on the back of Crystal and proceeds to ride her, while Lauren dances on a chair behind them.

We're told the dancing all came about when the moms were talking about the criticism the show gets and how it is oversexualized.

What is particularly ironic ... Crystal was featured on the show teaching her daughter Anna Maria how to "booty bounce" (see below).




Clearly the apple does not fall far from the tree.

Angelina Pivarnick sued first, but she did not sue last -- the girl who allegedly fought with the former "Jersey Shore" star is now firing back with a lawsuit of her own ... TMZ has learned. 

As TMZ first reported, Pivarnick sued a girl named Kelsey Balzafiore over a fight that went down at a Staten Island mall last November. In the suit, Pivarnick claimed she "was wounded, bruised, and injured and sustained severe shock to her nervous system."

But Balzafiore claims it was Pivarnick and her friend, Jeanine Vaiana, that started the fight with Balzafiore and her friend, Victoria Aviles. 

Balzafiore claims she tried to intervene when Vaianaa and Aviles came face-to-face, and it was Vaiana who struck her first. Once she fell to the floor, Balzafiore claims Pivarnick struck her. The fight was broken up soon after. 

Balzafiore is suing both Pivarnick and her friend for unspecified damages.

Sources close to Brooke say she is just trying to live a normal life and is trying stay positive after her arrest.

Mueller was bustedd in Aspen last Friday night for drug possession. She maintains she's innocent.

Katt Williams just won back custody of his 8-year-old adopted daughter -- after the girl's nanny allegedly lied to a judge to take her away from him ... this according to new legal docs.

TMZ broke the story last month -- a woman named Crystal McGhee went to L.A. court, seeking sole custody of Katt's daughter ... claiming she was the child's mother.

Katt failed to show up to fight McGhee's claim -- so the judge granted her request by default ... on the assumption McGhee was legit.

But Katt just filed new legal docs in L.A. County Superior Court -- claiming McGhee's nothing but a shameless fraud ... a former nanny "with no parental rights," who hasn't worked with the family for years. The judge has since overturned the previous order.

It's unclear what motivated McGhee to seek custody -- but Katt's legal docs suggest it has to do with California State parenting perks ... i.e. collecting government benefits.

Calls to McGhee were not returned.
