Shelby Cobra -- who used to sing for that Disney girl band KSM -- just got sentenced in her DUI case ... and the judge took no mercy ... ordering her to look death right in the face at a hospital morgue.TMZ broke the story ... 18-year-old Cobra -- real name Shelby Spalione -- was arrested last month on suspicion of DUI ... registering a blood alcohol level of .15, nearly twice the legal limit.
Shelby was sentenced on Thursday to enroll in the L.A. County Hospital and Morgue program -- which requires participants to visit a real-life morgue with real-life dead people ... and potentially even witness an autopsy.
According to court records, Shelby is also required to complete a 3-month alcohol education program and attend 16 AA meetings. She's also required to pay $1,738 in fees.
Remember kids, don't drink and drive.
