Esha Gupta is apparently set to replace Jacqueline Fernandez in Rakesh Roshan’s forthcoming Krrish 2.
Kangana Ranaut was first approached for the role, followed by Sonakshi Sinha who both refused. Finally, Chitrangada Singh agreed to do the film, but had to step down due to date issues. It was reported that after agreeing to the role, Jacqueline Fernandez was not too happy with the role and refused the offer.
Expectations appear to be high for Esha, who is said to be the desi Angelina Jolie.
